I ordered a bed for my dog around 6 weeks ago and tried to contact you over email several weeks ago when I did not receive it. I never received a response from your company.
Today I received a bill from my credit card where the charge for the bed was posted on 1/28 and still no product.
I will be contacting my credit card to delete this charge. I will give you a chance for 0ne day to contact me and will never order another product from this company

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Refund after my credit card company for involved.
Call directly to your credit card company, allow them to escalate a formal complaint. I sent many emails to company without acknowledgenent.
They answered within a week, stating that there is a delay in shipping the product. No reply on what the delay was, however, but a week later, they asked me to review their company. I asked why when I had not received the product. Then they offered me a 10% refund when the product arrives.
Well, it still has not arrived, so I asked for a full refund. A few days later, they said a refund had been processed. Three days later, still no refund. I will wait for two more days, then file an official complaint with my credit card company and see where that takes me.
Interestingly enough, I received another email from them saying they hope I come back as a customer! Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

On January 13, 2026 I placed an order for the couch covers. My order came out to $90 and I have not received an email stating that it has been shipped yet.
I received an email that they said they received the order but other than that I have not heard.
As they do not provide a phone number I had to send them an email asking where my order is.
They sent an automatic response, but I know theyre not looking into it.
After reading the reviews, obviously they are stealing money from their customers they are benefiting of other peoples money to live and buy things that they want. Im sure that they want to receive their products as well.

It looks like I was scammed out of $90.00. I never received the Couch covers.
I reached out to the company and they just sent me an automatic email. I received an email when I ordered it but I never received an order saying that it was shipped. This took place on January 13, 2026.
Obviously from the reviews Im not the only one that has lost out on money.
This is stealing and they should be held accountable.They are profiting from money that does not belong to them.
I encourage you not place an order with this company. Its like throwing trash in the toilet and flushing it.

Ordered a pet bed; 10 days after it was to arrive I sent an e-mail requesting an update, 1 reply stating they were having delivery problems and would give a 100% discount on delivery. Since there was no reply to numerous subsequent requests for information; I was unable to reach them by phone. In the last e-mail, I informed them I was canceling my order if I did not receive an immediate reply; still no reply!

Failure to receive what I ordered in July.
On 7/28/25 I ordered, and my credit card was charged 80.39 for 2 cooling pads, one large and one small. I have yet to receive them nor have I received any communication from your company explaining the delay.
If I hear nothing from you within a week, I shall contact my credit card company and cancel the order.
This is very disappointing as I ordered a Fuzzy Funny couch cover from Amazon and received it the next day. I placed this order with Funny Fuzzy due to an advertised sale.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I’ve told my story on a lot of sites like pissedconsumer.
After weeks of radio silence, I got an e-mail from funnyfuzzy stating a full refund as if nothing peculiar had happened.
I posted an update on pissedconsumer at the time. :-)In the mean time, there is (unrelated to my case) a lot of fuzz in my country about malicious drop shippers, mostly Chinese companies or people from Dubai and similar wanting to make a buck on innocent consumers.
Update - Dec 12 2024After having told my experience with FunnyFuzzy on a number of sites such as this one and daily resending my last email to them, the company announced a full reimbursement. The payment has been received.
December 16th - after sending this review to the FunnyFuzzy customer service and two ore mails still no reaction from their side. I wish I could update their score to minus 5 stars.
The package has already departed from the depot twice and been sent back to the same location, primarily by the distribution center. Unfortunately, the seller has not responded to the questions I have repeatedly sent by email.
While I hope this situation will resolve successfully, I have little confidence in that, especially considering the extremely low average score of the company on Trustpilot and similar platforms.
